Reference from the “Vklyuchi Grada” Festival

On the basis of a reference issued by Burgas Municipality to Krasimir Marchev – Atelier 056 on 03.04.2013, in connection with the performance of a public procurement contract on the subject “Promotion of the ‘Vklyuchi Grada’ Festival as an Innovative Cultural Event” under the separate lot “Internet Advertising”, I hereby issue this reference to “Webcharm” Ltd in their capacity as subcontractor for the programming and maintenance of the website www.vkluchigrada.com.

The contract was implemented within the framework of the Burgas Municipality project “Return to Burgas: Past,  Present and Future”, BG161PO001/1.1-10/2010/004,  under the grant scheme “Support for the Creation and Promotion of Innovative Cultural Events” of the Operational Programme “Regional Development” 2007-2013.

With this reference I express my satisfaction with the professionalism of the team of the “Webcharm” Ltd agency in carrying out the activities related to the promotion of the first and second editions of the “Vklyuchi Grada” Festival, held in March 2012 and March 2013 respectively, namely:

-     programming and maintenance of the website  www.vkluchigrada.com.

I believe that thanks to the professionalism, responsibility, commitment and reliability of the "Webcharm" Ltd agency in our joint work, the information about the "Vklyuchi Grada" Festival reached the widest possible audience in an accessible and attractive way. This helped achieve the goals of the Burgas Municipality project in establishing a new festival in the cultural life of the city. I would be glad to work with the "Webcharm" Ltd agency again on future web projects.
